Here are the PVC belt guids on the long lift belt.

This is where the lift belt comes through the duct. After we get it painted a piece of skirt material will go over the hole.

Here is the belt on the pulley on the lift fan shaft.

THe next thing we needed to do was put in the splitter for the skirt, so I made them out of card board first and I got them as close as I could, Then I traced the shape on the 1/8" plywood and added 1/4" so I could sand them after they were glassed in so they would be the exact shape that they needed to be.

Here is the lift duct with the fan in it and both splitters glassed in place.
