At ZBHC we also make light weight rudders for hovercrafts. All our ruddes are made from extruded foam with a single layer of 3.25oz fiberglass coving the entire rudder and 2 layers of 3.25 glass over the leading edge. We can make rudders with wood, conduit or aluminium tubing for the pivot point.
