Since I am making this hover with a variable splitter I couldn't just make a simple box, this is the main box and will be about where the splitter will be at its lowest position.

Next I had to decide how I wanted to make the airbox look, I didn't want it to be plain so I added a few curves in there.

Then i had to glue up some foam to match the design I wanted.
