Here is the dash epoxyed on.

Next we glassed it on. This really strenghtend the walls a lot.

We also encapsolated everything that would be under the dash before we put the dash on so that we wouldn't have to stand on our heads to do it.

Here we encapsolated the cockpit walls.

Here is the dash and the inside of the cockpit encapsolated.

Here is the entire hovercraft incapsolated. We wanted to get the entire thing coated with epoxy before we put it outside, so that we would have room to work on the lift duct.

Next we put on the "wings" on the dash. We put a little bend in them because we thought that it made them look better.

Now we were ready to put the hover out side so we could work on the thrust duct. So here are a few pics of it outside before we covered it up.
