Well now we fliped it back over and here it is out in our side yard.
Next we had to start laying the stingers for the plywood cockpit sides.
Here are the stringers glued on for the cockpit sides and the seat/belt gaurd.
Here we have the walls epoxyed on.

Here is where the front of the seat comes in contaced with the duct.
Oh I almost forgot. We made the back of our cockpit straight instead of angled back like the plans say. We noticed that UH did this on there new UH-18spw so we desided to do it like this also.
When we were bending the top stringer it broke so we cut it down to two 3/8" pieces and bent them around and then glued them together
Next we glassed the seat to the cockpit sides with 2 layers of 6 oz glass.
